At Carrot Powertrain Solutions we have over 30 years of experience in tuning engines on test stands and dyno's. We are continuously improving our basic mappings so that we can share them with our customers.
In addition, you can also hire us to tune a Carrot ECU on your engine. This can be done at a test location of your choice, or we can make a proposal. If the vehicle and engine is mechanically functioning all right, it is possible for us to complete each tuning in a day.

Why do you need to tune the ECU on a dyno?
It is not necessary to tune an ecu on a dyno. You can also do this on the street or circuit, but this is a lot more difficult and less accurate. On a dyno you have a controlled environment where the measurements are very accurate. In addition, a dyno offers the possibility to hold a certain engine loads for a longer period of time, which allows you to adjust more effectively.

What is a Carrot (C-MX) ECU?
The Carrot C-MX ECU is a programmable ECU that is able to make a combustion engine function as efficiently as possible. It means that it is able to be set to a specific application using the programming software. This allows the engine in question to be fully adjusted to your wishes.

Do you have a base mapping for my bike?
We are constantly trying to expand and improve our database of base mappings. When you install the Carrot (C-MX) Management software, an "Examples" folder is also installed in the installation directory. Here you can find all available base mappings. If you do not find the right mapping here, you can always contact us.
